Land Acquired for Use in Connection With a Road—Adjoining State Highway 20, New Windsor, Auckland
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road subject to Pipeline Certificate K104872 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Declared Road and Taken for Severance—1 Nesdale Avenue and 212 Cavendish Drive, Manukau, Auckland
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Auckland Council; and
b. Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA115C/554, subject to Consent Notice D246243.3 and a railway line easement over part marked "B" on SO 420665 in gross in favour of Her Majesty The Queen created by Transfer D272288.4
