Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be removing the above-named companies from the Register on the grounds that the liquidators have completed his duties.

The liquidators have delivered the documents referred to in section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 to the Registrar.

Any objections to the removals, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar by 20 November 2017.

Exemption for Andrew James McLean

In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 ("Act"), I, Nicole Rosie, give notice that I have exempted Andrew James McLean from compliance with Regulation 38(a) of the Health and Safety at Work (Mining Operations and Quarrying Operations) Regulations 2016 ("Regulations").

This exemption takes effect from 22 September 2017.

The exemption, including the conditions of the exemption and the reasons for granting it, may be viewed at www.worksafe.govt.nz/worksafe/hswa/exemptions-under-hswa.
