I, William Henry David More, Senior Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury,
hereby give notice that on 28 October 2016 I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of
the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Taipo Downs Limited from the Register of Companies on
4 October 2013) with Resource Consent RM.11.100.11 issued by the Otago Regional Council.
