Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 10 September 2013, I hereby give notice that the Secretary for Transport has varied the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Air Calédonie International to permit the airline to operate up to four services per week between New Caledonia and New Zealand, incorporate an open route schedule (excluding points in the French Republic) and introduce less onerous tariffs filing requirements.
This variation took effect on 25 October 2016.

Acting District Court Judge Appointed
Pursuant to section 10A of the District Courts Act 1947, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Gary Michael Harrison, retiring District Court Judge
to be an Acting District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand, at such place or places and for such period or periods only as the Chief District Court Judge may fix, pursuant to section 10A of the District Courts Act 1947, for a term of two years commencing on 2 March 2017.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service
Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 September 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Shona Cook in respect of Barnardos KidStart Childcare – Invercargill North Home-based Service (90109), situated at 120B Leet Street, Invercargill.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service
Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 28 October 2015, which was granted under those Regulations to Collette Jenman in respect of Barnardos KidStart Childcare – Central Otago / Dunedin Home-based Service (80011), situated at 10 Centennial Avenue, Alexandra.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
