We, Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Andrew John Hawkes, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 20 December 2016.

Notification of Commerce Commission’s Draft Determination for the Local and Cellular Number Portability Designated Multinetwork Services Under the Telecommunications Act 2001
On 15 September 2016, the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gave public notice of its decision to investigate making a designated multinetwork service determination for local and cellular number portability.
The Commission has prepared a draft designated multinetwork service determination for local and cellular number portability under section 36(1)(a) of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“Act”).
The Commission gives public notice of the draft determination under section 36(1)(c) of the Act.
On 3 November 2016, the Commission published a copy of the draft determination.
A copy of the draft determination and its supporting documents are available on the Commission's website
The Commission invites submissions on the draft determination under section 36(1)(d)(i) of the Act.
The closing date for submissions is 1 December 2016.
