I intend to deregister the following limited partnerships from the Register under section 98 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008.

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to the deregistration of any of the above-named limited partnerships is delivered to the Registrar by 1 December 2016 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to deregister them.

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

We, David Ian Ruscoe and Richard Grant Simpson, liquidators of OPTIMISATIONZ LIMITED (in liquidation), hereby give notice, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 28 November 2016.
