Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the undersigned was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts and a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidation commenced on 10 October 2016 at 10.45am.
The liquidator does hereby fix 18 November 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)
Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to a special resolution of the shareholders under section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on 26 October 2016 at 2.30pm.
The liquidators of the above-named company fix 7 December 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

On 26 October 2016 the shareholders of the above-named companies passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, to appoint Cheyne Edward Waldron, chartered accountant of Otorohanga, as liquidator.
The companies wish to distribute their assets to the shareholders. The liquidation is a natural conclusion to that process.
The companies are solvent with few liabilities. There are sufficient assets to meet all liabilities. Unless requested, no creditors’ meeting will be held.
