Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation
This document notifies you that:

On 7 October 2016, an application for putting CAFE BABA LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2016-485-796. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 15 November 2016 at 10.00am.

A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

Notice of Appointment of Administrator and Notice of the First Meeting of Creditors
The above-named companies were placed into voluntary administration on 14 October 2016.
Peter Coleman, of Auckland, was appointed administrator of the companies pursuant to section 239K of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice is given that, pursuant to section 239AN of the Companies Act 1993, the first creditors’ meeting of the above-named companies will be held at Central Park Corporate Centre, Level 3, Building 10, 666 Great South Road, Ellerslie, Auckland 1061, on Thursday 27 October 2016 at 2.45pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
a. confirm the appointment of the administrator; and
b. determine whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members.
Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting are required to have registered their debt with the administrator prior to the meeting.
