qualification or a period otherwise approved by the Board;
b. the applicant holds the qualification Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing (conferred on or after 31 May 2009), awarded by the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, or proof of eligibility to graduate from this course, has completed the ‘Perform Edge and Fit’ module as part of the qualification, and has submitted a completed and signed record of training book showing evidence of the completion of a minimum of 800 hours of practical experience as specified in the record of training book, within two years of qualification or a period otherwise approved by the Board;
c. the applicant holds the qualification Fellowship Diploma of the Association of British Dispensing Optician (FBDO) (UK);
d. the applicant holds the qualification FBDO (Malaysia), and has submitted a completed and signed record of training book showing evidence of the completion of a minimum of 800 hours of practical experience, within two years of qualification or a period otherwise approved by the Board; or
e. the applicant has passed an optical dispensing examination approved by the Board.

Physiotherapy Board (Fees) Notice 2017
Pursuant to section 130 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (“Act”), this notice sets out the fees to be charged by the Physiotherapy Board and replaces all previous Physiotherapy Board fees notices.
Notice

Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Physiotherapy (Fees) Notice 2017 and shall come into force on 1 April 2017.

Fees—The Physiotherapy Board sets the fees and levies, payable to the board, specified in the Schedule to this notice.

Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.
