Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 10 September 2013, I hereby give notice that the Secretary for Transport has varied the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited in order to remove the airline’s current route restrictions, permit unlimited non-stop capacity, additional code-share capacity and introduce less onerous tariffs filing requirements.

This variation took effect on 19 October 2016.
