Pursuant to section 72I(3A) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Owen Olls, Airworthiness Specialist, acting under a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of aircraft or aeronautical products.

Notice That Particular Low Voltage or Extra-low Voltage Fittings or Appliances are Declared Medium Risk Articles (Electric Vehicles)

Pursuant to Regulation 83 of the Electricity (Safety) Regulations 2010, I, Mark Stephen Wogan, acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive of Worksafe New Zealand, hereby give notice that the low voltage or extra-low voltage fittings or appliances listed in the Schedule below are declared medium risk articles, with effect from 1 December 2016.
