Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Southland District Council; and
Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3), be amalgamated with the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register SL8D/650 subject to all existing encumbrances.

Road Realignment—State Highway 1, Piarere, South Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;
Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA155/189 subject to Gazette Notice B56259.6, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987; and
