Easement: Right of way over part Lot 1 DP 331896 marked "B" on DP 331896 contained in Computer Register 130831 in favour of Lot 2 DP 492957 contained in Computer Register 717854 created by Easement Instrument 6005730.4 registered on 14 May 2004.

Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 485195.
