Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, the High Court at Auckland, on 14 October 2016 at 10.52am, appointed Garry Whimp, insolvency practitioner of Whangarei, as liquidator of the company.
The undersigned does hereby fix 30 November 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice is given that, by way of special resolution of the shareholders of the above-named company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Douglas Kim Fisher, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the company on 14 October 2016 at 11.00am.
I fix Friday 11 November 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993. Failure to do so will exclude a claimant from the benefit of any distribution made before the claim is made. Failure to establish such priority will exclude a creditor from objecting to any distribution made before such priority is established.
