Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Vlasic and Derek Ah Sam, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company by special shareholder’s resolution on 11 October 2016 at 4.30pm.
