On 30 September 2016 it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BRUCE LEE SUSHI & ROLL LIMITED be liquidated and that Joon Youl Seo, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 September 2016 at 9.00am.
