Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Timothy Wilson Downes and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys, chartered accountants and accredited insolvency practitioners of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of TIMARU PLACE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED.
