On 3 October 2016 the shareholders of the above-named companies passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, to appoint Cheyne Edward Waldron, chartered accountant of Otorohanga, as liquidator.
The companies wish to distribute their assets to the shareholders. The liquidations are a natural conclusion to that process.
The companies are solvent with few liabilities. There are sufficient assets to meet all liabilities. Unless requested, no creditors’ meeting will be held.
