Levy Waiver Under Regulation 14 of the Financial Markets Authority (Levies) Regulations 2012
Pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Financial Markets Authority (Levies) Regulations 2012, the Financial Markets Authority on 7 October 2016 granted a waiver of part of the FMA levy to Craigs Investment Partners Self-Select Schemes.

Notice of Proposed Sports Anti-Doping Rules (2017)
The Board of Drug Free Sport New Zealand proposes to make the Sports Anti-Doping Rules (2017) ("2017 Rules") under section 16 of the Sports Anti-Doping Act 2006. The 2017 Rules will amend the Sports Anti-Doping Rules (2016).
It is proposed that the 2017 Rules incorporate by reference the following World Anti-Doping Agency International Standards:
- World Anti-Doping Agency 2017 List of Prohibited Substances and Methods.
- World Anti-Doping Agency International Standard for Therapeutic Use Exemptions, effective 1 January 2016.
- World Anti-Doping Agency International Standard for Testing and Investigations, effective 1 January 2017.
- World Anti-Doping Agency International Standard for Laboratories, effective 2 June 2016.
- World Anti-Doping Agency International Standard for the Protection of Privacy and Personal Information, effective 1 January 2015.
The draft 2017 Rules and the material incorporated by reference can be inspected free of charge during normal working hours at Drug Free Sport New Zealand, Level 3, Building 5, 666 Great South Road, Auckland.
