Declaration That Land is Reserve—Tamahere, Waikato District
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waikato District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by the Council on 13 September 2016:
"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waikato District Council hereby resolves that the parcel of land held by the Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."
