Pursuant to section 26 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Sir William Young, the Administrator of the Government, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for estuary enhancement and to vest in the Bay of Plenty Regional Council on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
