Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that, consequent to the dissolution on 28 May 2015 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus asset, being Mortgage Instrument 29851 to the Royal New Zealand Society for the Health of Women and Children (Hokitika Branch) Incorporated, registered in Computer Freehold Register WS1A/223 (Westland Land Registration District), be vested in Royal New Zealand Plunket Society Incorporated (227003).
This direction shall become final on 6 November 2016. No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
