On 30 September 2016 at 12.00pm it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act,
that IMMORSUS PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher John Lynch, chartered accountant of
New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 30 September 2016.
