Fund for Which a Person May Use the Fair Dividend Rate Method

This is a notice made under section 91AAO(5) of the Tax Administration Act 1994 of a determination made by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue under section 91AAO(1)(a) of that Act.

Determination FDR 2016/06 was made on 19 September 2016 that an investment by a New Zealand resident investor in the True Partners Fund is a type of attributing interest for which a person may use the Fair Dividend Rate method to calculate Foreign Investment Fund income from the interest for the 2017 and subsequent income years.

The determination will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 28, No. 10, of November 2016 and will also be available on the Inland Revenue website

Board of Trustees Election Extension Notice for Greenmeadows School (2567)
Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the period for closing the poll and all subsequent actions in accordance with the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000, for the election of staff representative(s) for:

The elections must be held by 11 November 2016.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Any person may transmit radio waves using radio devices for the purpose of maritime radiocommunications, in accordance with the applicable terms, conditions and restrictions of this notice.
