Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

We, Neale Jackson and Brendon Gibson, joint and several liquidators of the above-named company, whose registered office is situated at Level 16, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 21 October 2016.

WHATAROA FORESTRY DEVELOPMENT LIMITED

Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Public notice is given that the Registrar of Companies must remove WHATAROA FORESTRY DEVELOPMENT LIMITED, whose registered office is situated at 161 Burnett Street, Ashburton, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies, thereby completing the liquidation pursuant to section 249 of the Act.

Unless, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, written objection to the removal is delivered to the Registrar by 31 October 2016 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice) the Registrar is obliged to remove the company from the Register.

Maritime Rules and Marine Protection Rules Various Amendments 2016

The proposed amendments correct minor errors in the following Maritime and Marine Protection Rules:

Maritime Rules Parts 23, 24C, 31, 32, 40A, 40B, 40C, 40D, 40E, 40F, 40G, 41, 42B, 45, 46, 47, 50, 51, 53, 90, and 91

Marine Protection Rules Parts 100, 102, 103, 121A, and 150.

All listed rules come into force on 1 November 2016.

Rules are available for inspection free of charge, or for purchase at a cost, from Maritime New Zealand, Level 11, 1 Grey Street, Wellington, or on the Maritime New Zealand website www.maritimenz.govt.nz/rules
