Land Transfer Act Notice
The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right to convey water easement.
The applicants claim the right to convey water easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the right to convey water on 31 October 2016 if no objections have been received before that date.
Application: 10553271.1.
Applicants: Jacqueline Linda Guthrie, Alexander Graham Guthrie, Alexander Stuart Guthrie and Julian Ralph Guthrie, c/o Wynyard Wood, PO Box 204231, Highbrook, Auckland 2161.
Easement: A right to convey water over part marked "Y" on DP 146325 appurtenant to Lot 38 DP 169718 specified in Easement Certificate C342986.18 – 30 January 1992 at 10.56am.
Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of the subdivision of DP 154784.

Notice of Intention to Correct Register
I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act"), on the application of the following liquidators by removing the documents noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:
GS MANAGEMENT LIMITED (1204114) – P. B. Wilson was appointed liquidator outside the 10 working day limit of section 241AA(2) of the Act of application being filed for appointment of liquidators by the High Court. Rectification will remove notice of P. B. Wilson’s appointment (12 August 2016) and the first report (18 August 2016) (application by M. G. Hollis and W. A. Somerville, liquidators).
Any person who wishes to object must do so by 28 October 2016 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
