Notice of Application for an Order of Early Discharge of Bankruptcy
This document notifies you that, pursuant to Rule 24.37(b) of the High Court Rules 2008:

On 27 October 2016 at 11.45am, an application by Huggard, Thomas Bruce (“applicant”), for early discharge of bankruptcy will be heard by the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2010-404-4994 and is made pursuant to section 294 of the Insolvency Act 2006.

A creditor who wants to oppose the application must comply with section 297(1) of the Insolvency Act 2006 and must file and serve notice of that intended opposition on the Official Assignee and the applicant not less than five working days before the applicant’s application for discharge.

The application, affidavit in support and Official Assignee’s report, filed under section 296 of the Insolvency Act 2006, may be inspected at the registry of the High Court at Auckland, or at the applicant’s address for service.
