Cancelling a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(5)(b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori reservation over the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto set apart as a Māori Reservation as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 December 1926, No. 83, page 3522, is hereby cancelled, and the land shall vest in the former eleven owners as set out in the order dated 19 October 1894.
