Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ) were appointed joint and several liquidators of SHALIMAR KNITWEAR LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 September 2016 at 11.11am.

We fix 12 October 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
