as chairperson for a term commencing on 20 October 2016 and expiring on 14 March 2019.

Board of Trustees Student Election Extension for Te Wharekura o Mauao (6962)

Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 and acting with delegated authority from
the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the date by which the school must hold an election for a student
representative under section 101 of the Education Act 1989 for:

The election must be held by 4 November 2016.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
