Amending a Notice—Land Declared Road, and Segregation Strip and Severance Taken—State Highway 2, Te Puna, Western Bay of Plenty District
Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice Land Declared Road, and Segregation Strip and Severance Taken—State Highway 2, Te Puna, Western Bay of Plenty District, dated 22 April 2014 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 May 2014, No. 44, page 1300, by inserting at the end of paragraph (c) the following:
“and subject as to the land secondly described in the Third Schedule to this notice to a right to convey water and to electricity and telecommunications rights over part marked ‘B’ on SO 466503 specified in Easement Certificate B147529.3,”

A Proclamation
Pursuant to section 26 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule to be taken for motorway purposes and to vest in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
