Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Chiropractic Board (Fees) Notice, 2016.
(2) This notice comes into force on 20 October 2016. -
Amendment—This notice amends the previous notice which detailed fees payable for applications to the Chiropractic Board, dated 21 April 2011 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 April 2011, No. 57, page 1339.
This notice amends the initial annual practising certificate fees only and should be read in conjunction with the previous notice. -
Fees—Pursuant to section 130(1) of the Act, the following fees are specified as below:

| Application for initial practising certificate between 1 November and 31 March | 408.00 |
- Tax—Each fee is inclusive of goods and service tax.

Land Notices
Land Declared Road—State Highway 1, Caversham Valley, South Road, Dunedin City
Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
