Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Derek Ah Sam and Paul Vlasic, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies by special shareholders’ resolution on the dates and times below:

Notice to Creditors to Claim

We fix 7 October 2016 as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

On 10 August 2016 it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that DUNSTAN PEAKS LIMITED be liquidated and that Pita Alexander, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 10 August 2016.
