Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, and in accordance with a delegation of the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Operations Manager, Kapiti Wellington District, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the recreation reserve described in the Schedule and advises that the Hutt City Council shall exercise the Minister’s delegation to specify the manner and purpose for the proceeds of disposal of the reserve.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
