Revocation of Appointment and Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Twizel, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Pleasant Valley Recreation Centre to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto and further appoints the Pleasant Valley Recreation Centre Trust to control and manage the said reserve for the purposes of a holiday camp and recreation reserve.
