Revocation of Notices Under Section 24 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975

Pursuant to section 24(7) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, John Crawshaw, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, revoke the approval of the Taranaki District Health Board Alcohol and Drug Service and medical practitioner issued under this section on 24 July 2014 (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 July 2014, No. 79, page 2202).

Approval of Taranaki District Health Board Alcohol and Drug Service and Clinician to Provide Substitution Treatment Under Section 24 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975

Pursuant to section 24(7)(b) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, John Crawshaw, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, specify Taranaki District Health Board Alcohol and Drug Service as a service that may provide treatment with controlled drugs for people who are dependent on controlled drugs, at the following place:
