(2) Unless otherwise specified, the rates of interest specified in Schedules 1 and 2 to this notice do not apply to any period that ends with 22 August 2016 but otherwise operate as from 23 August 2016.
(3) The rates of interest specified in Schedule 3 to this notice:
(i) do not apply to investment deposits repayable at the end of a fixed term that commenced prior to 23 August 2016; but
(ii) do apply to investment deposits repayable at the end of a fixed term that commenced on or after 23 August 2016.

Notification of Amendment to the Transpower Individual Price-Quality Path Determination 2015 [2014] NZCC 35
The Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives notice under section 52Q(5)(b) of the Commerce Act 1986 that it has amended the Transpower Individual Price-Quality Path Determination 2015 [2014] NZCC 35 (RCP2 IPP Determination).
The amendment takes effect on 25 August 2016.
