Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named amalgamating companies propose to amalgamate on 1 October 2016.

The amalgamated company will be VCFO GROUP LIMITED.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection, during normal business hours, by any shareholder or creditor of any of the above-named amalgamating companies, or any person to whom any of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies detailed below.

A shareholder or creditor of any of the above-named amalgamating companies or any person to whom any of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to any of the amalgamating companies.

David Sean Webb and Craig David Crosbie, joint and several liquidators of HITEX BUILDING SYSTEMS LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at PPB Advisory, Level 11, DLA Piper Tower, 205–209 Queen Street, Auckland 1010, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than Monday 12 September 2016.
