Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Derek Ah Sam and Paul Vlasic, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company by special shareholders’ resolution on 16 August 2016 at 2.45pm.
We fix Friday 30 September 2016 as the date on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
