Amending Notice Land Acquired for Reserve Purposes - Main Road, Belfast, Christchurch

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 11 July 2016 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 July 2016, Issue No. 63, Notice No. 2016-ln4073, by deleting the wording in the heading, recital and Schedule

"acquired for reserve purposes"

and replacing it with

"acquired for recreation reserve purposes".

Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Brett Dooley, Group Manager Land and Property Services, Ministry of Education, Wellington, amend an error in the notice Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes dated 3 July 2013 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 July 2013, No. 88, page 2363, by replacing

"0.0629"

with

"0.6290".

Land Declared Road—Intersection of Plantation and Wakarara Roads, Central Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road, which shall vest in the Central Hawke’s Bay District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
