Rate of Levy Under the Wine (Grape Wine Levy) Order 2016
Pursuant to clause 9 of the Wine (Grape Wine Levy) Order 2016, it was resolved at a board meeting of New Zealand Winegrowers Incorporated on 23 June 2016 that the levy rate to apply to sales of grape wine, or the grape wine component of grape wine products, from 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017, be set at the rate of 2.25 cents + GST per litre.

Road Realignment—Centre Road, Waipango, Southland
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Southland District Council;
b. Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3), be amalgamated with the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register 691111 subject to all existing encumbrances; and
c. Pursuant to section 119(1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and, pursuant to section 120(3), be amalgamated with the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register 691111, subject to all existing encumbrances.
