frequencies are those prescribed in this licence. All transmissions in a given frequency range must comply with any special conditions relating to that frequency range.

Transmitters, and persons supplying or using transmitters, must comply with the requirements of Regulations 32–37 of the Radiocommunications Regulations 2001.

Frequency use is on a shared basis and the chief executive does not accept liability under any circumstances for any loss or damage of any kind occasioned by the unavailability of frequencies or interference to reception.

Should interference occur to services licensed pursuant to a radio licence or a spectrum licence, the chief executive reserves the right to require and ensure that any transmission or any emission pursuant to this General User Radio Licence change frequency, reduce power, or cease operation.

Transmissions that are broadcasting, as defined in the Broadcasting Act 1989, are not permitted.

Consequential revocation of licence—(1) The Radiocommunications (General User Radio Licence for Short Range Devices) Notice 2015 No. 2, dated 24 December 2015 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 January 2016, Issue No. 1, Notice No. 2016-go272, is revoked.
(2) Notwithstanding the revocation of the notice under subsection (1), every transmitter capable of making transmissions compliant with the requirements of that notice on the commencement date of this notice is deemed to be compliant with the requirements of this notice.

Explanatory Note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice expands provisions in the frequency range 915 – 928 MHz (previously 921 – 928 MHz) at maximum power up to 0 dBW (e.i.r.p.) and 920 – 928 MHz (previously 921.5 – 928 MHz) at maximum power up to 6 dBW (e.i.r.p.). Both provisions are also subject to specific unwanted emission limits as specified under Condition 23.
For simplicity, Condition 23 is amended to specify unwanted emission limits below 915 MHz and above 928 MHz.
This change is in line with the conclusions of the Ministry’s public consultation “806–960 MHz Band Re-planning Options”, published in June 2010.

Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Kimi Ora Community School (2746) Board of Trustees
Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, (acting under delegated authority) I revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Kimi Ora Community School (2746) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 May 2014, No. 44, page 1290).
This notice takes effect the day of publication.

Notice that Anti-dumping Duties on Wire Nails from China May Cease to Apply
Under section 14(9) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (“Act”), anti-dumping duties imposed on wire nails from China will cease to apply to those goods on 2 June 2016, unless at that date the goods are subject to review under section 14(8) of the Act.
Any interested party that might request that the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment initiate a review before the cessation date referred to above should be aware that positive evidence justifying the need for a review must be provided to the chief executive.
