Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that on 18 January 2016, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, it was resolved that LIFE UNDERWATER LIMITED be liquidated and Howard Edward Dalzell, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 18 January 2016 at 12.00pm.

The liquidator fixes 22 February 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any preferential claims they may have under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
