Board of Trustees Election Invalidation Notice for Richmond Road School (1463)
Pursuant to clause 9(3A) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the 7 June 2016 election for parent representatives for the Board of Trustees of Richmond Road School (1463) and require a new election to be held on 16 September 2016.
The elected representatives who held office on the date of the invalid election return to office on the day before the day on which the new trustees take office following the new election.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999 (Notice No. MPI 658)
Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 27 July 2016 of the Animal Products Notice: Contaminants Specifications, which comes into force on 1 August 2016.
A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.

Acting District Court Judge Appointed
Pursuant to section 10 of the District Courts Act 1947 and section 5(1) of the Family Courts Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
John Joseph Brandts-Giesen, barrister and solicitor of Rangiora
to be an Acting District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand and to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Courts for a period commencing on 5 August 2016 and expiring on 15 May 2019.
