Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement.

The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 5 September 2016, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 53196.

Land Transfer Act Notice

I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicants, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.

Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 4 October 2016.

Applicants: Peter Douglas Bolam and Robyn Heather Bolam.

Description of the Land: An estate in fee simple in 1.0292 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the North Auckland Land District under number LT 471656 being Part Brighamโ€™s Claim which is residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 7A Folio 299, such land being part of the land granted to John Brigham under Crown Grant 10464 on 17 August 1857 and subsequently conveyed in Conveyance 13400 on 3 February 1859 to William Andrew Guesdon, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.

Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act")

We, Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, liquidators of WANAKA RESORTS LIMITED, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 26 August 2016.
