Land Acquired for Local Purpose (Esplanade) Reserve—Ngahere Park Road, Palmerston North City
Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for local purpose (esplanade) reserve and vested in the Palmerston North City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Notice of Decision to Alter an Undersea Feature Name
Pursuant to section 25 of the New Zealand Geographic Board (Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa) Act 2008, the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa (“Board”) hereby gives notice of an altered undersea feature name beyond 12 nautical miles, as described in the Schedule below.
The Board’s final determination on this undersea feature name took effect on 28 July 2016.
