I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act"), in relation to the following companies, on the application of the following persons by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates and times are those of registration:

AFFORDABLE RESIDENTIAL LIMITED (4066558) – particulars of shareholding (28 June 2016) (application by G. E. Sharrock).

FIRST PACIFIC FINANCE LIMITED (1294942) – particulars of shareholding (13 November 2013 at 9.48am and 13 November 2013 at 9.49am) recorded transfers of shares that did not take place. S. McLelland was incorrectly notified as having been appointed as director (23 January 2014). Annual returns (11 September 2014 and 11 September 2015) did not record correct shareholder and director information (application by NZB Trustee Company Limited by its liquidators J. H. R. Fisk and J. M. Morley of PricewaterhouseCoopers).
