On 18 July 2016 it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that AVIATION CONTRACT INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Andrew James Stewart, solicitor of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 18 July 2016 at 4.00pm.
