b. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN591/46 subject to Mortgage 596585.1
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Revocation and Replacement of a Notice—Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land
Under the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Permissions and Land Manager, Dunedin Shared Service Centre, Department of Conservation, revokes the notice titled Authorisation of Exchange of Part of Reserve for Other Land, dated 20 October 2015 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 October 2015, Issue No. 117, Notice No. 2015-ln6244, and issues the following notice in its place.
Authorisation of Exchange of Part of Reserve for Other Land
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions and Land Manager, Dunedin Shared Service Centre, Department of Conservation, authorises the exchange of that part of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.
