Pursuant to section 26 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule to be taken for the functioning indirectly of a road and vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Classification of Reserve—Lee Road, Napier
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Chief Executive Officer, Napier City Council, hereby notifies that on 18 May 2016 the Napier City Council passed the following resolution:
“That in exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister of Conservation by section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977 and delegated to the Napier City Council, the Napier City Council resolves that the land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the schedule hereto, classifies the land as a Local Purpose Segregation Strip Reserve”.
